Blurry Vision is reported by many LASIK patients with complications. As with other aberrations, blurry vision varies from barely noticeable to severe and uncorrectable. Some patients report that their blurry vision is relatively constant in all lighting conditions, whereas other state that dim light is definitely worse. In some patients, contrast sensitivity is lost, and vision tends to smear in one or more directions, resulting in what some victims have referred to as "aquarium vision" (see picture at bottom), because it "feels like being underwater."
